  • Feb 17 - Annular Solar Eclipse: A "ring of fire" visible from Antarctica.
  • Feb 28 - Planetary Parade: Six planets (Mercury, Venus, Neptune, Saturn, Uranus, Jupiter) appear together.
  • Mar 3 - Total Lunar Eclipse: Visible from the Americas, Pacific, and Asia.
  • Apr 19 - Comet C/2025 R3 (PanSTARRS): Potentially visible to the naked eye.
  • Jun 9 - Venus-Jupiter Conjunction: The two brightest planets will appear very close together.
  • Aug 12 - Total Solar Eclipse: Path of totality crosses Greenland, Iceland, and Spain.
  • Sep 7 - Total Lunar Eclipse: Visible from Asia, Europe, Africa, and Australia.
  • Nov 24 - Supermoon: The largest full moon of the year. 
  • Meteor Showers & Other Events
    • Jan 3 - Quadrantids: Active in early January.
    • Aug 14 - Perseids: Peaks with favorable viewing conditions.
    • Dec 13-14 - Geminids: Typically the strongest shower of the year.
    • Dec 21 - December Solstice: Longest/shortest day of the year.
    • ~Feb 5 - Artemis II Launch (Planned): First crewed Artemis mission for a lunar flyby.
